i have a dell 560 mtower..upgraded a couple of years back to a nvidia 440...purchased a new nvidia 750ti evga...do i have to delete old device driver or will the new card and softwar change it for me.
The Nvidia driver installation pkg. should clean up the old driver as it installs the new version. But what a lot of us do to be sure all the remnants in the Registry are cleaned up and other hidden files are removed is to run DDU from safe mode first, then swap cards and install the new driver. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
