Hi everyone, i think the title is quiete complete ^^

I'm building a new computer and i got this cpu led that stay on. Nothing on the monitor.

The digit number indicate 00.

Edit : When in this state, impossible to shut it down exept with the psu switch.

Hi thanx for you answer !

Do not hesitate if you need more information.

But when i start with only the MB and the CPU it does not launch, so it's not related to other hardware.

For the Bios it has been updated by the seller (LDLC). It's the 2103 if i remember well.

btw the Ram were on the MB.

What i did since the start of the topic :

Start the MB on an isolate surface with only the two alim connectors, the two ram sticks (tried different positions) and the CPU + the cooling system, without the fan.

There was no other connection or hardware on the motherboard.

No gpu, no usb or audio. Nothing.

I stil get the cpu red light that stays on, and the Qcode that stay on 00.

I just need to copy paste what i downloaded on an usb stick?
I got a Zip files (bios updater for 4th gen intel core cpu
and a z87 PRO ASUS 2005 .CAP files
