Display driver stopped working and has recovered.

While playing heroes of the storm (kind of like league of legends) my display would freeze for 1-2 seconds and this message would come up 'Display driver stopped working and has recovered.' The game can easily run on my computer without problems but this happens once every 30 minutes or so.

I am running window 8.1 and I believe I have all the correct drivers. What should I do?

which GPU do you have? make sure it's not overheating

My graphics card is being delivered atm. I am using Intel HD 4600 on my i5-4690k (Minimum settings). Is that the problem?

Also how do I check CPU temps?

ok so you are using integrated Intel graphics? what cooler do you have for your cpu? OEM?

use HWmonitor to see your temps http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

ok, maybe wait for your dGPU and/or upgrade your CPU cooler

I think the game isn't very well built to run on integrated graphics because my temp is 40C max 29 min.

ok, if you are getting a dGPU, just use that and see if you still have issues
