I am building an new pc that can handle GTA 5 on low at a playable framerate.

What i have-earphones,speakers,an 70 gb hard drive,keyboard,mouse,Win 7,an Core2 Duo 2.8ghz,3 gb of RAM(ddr2),and an radeon 4350.A 240 watt psu.I also have an monitor
I need to replace motherboard, case, cpu, and gpu.I would prefer an 4-core,and i can replace the PSU for overclocking.
I want some degree of upgradeability.(ex-space for 8gb of ram,no low-profile,and space for graphics cards)
I can possibly get more money, and the parts can be used, although preferably from amazon or newegg

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but none of those parts would meet the requirement for GTAV, you'd need more RAM, a far larger HDD, a better GPU, a better CPU and a far better PSU to power it all

Yes,thus why i said i need a new mobo and psu...
Seriously though,i found a 250gb hdd for 30 bucks.
RAM is cheap.I can get another 5 gb for around 30 bucks. The rest, however,i was looking for help for.Cheap cases are hard to find and i need a efficent gpu and cpu.

I live in the UK, and my current PC Case only cost me £15 (About $20)

A 250gb hdd, probably wouldnt be worth the buy as if you're planning to play big games like GTA V, that will run out after 10 games or possibly less after installing your OS and programs.

"another 5gb for around 30 bucks".....RAM doesnt quite work like that...,most cheap mobos will only support 2 ram sticks, and you'd need like 8gb of ram minimum, and you'd need a decent speed of RAM, which at its cheapest would be over £100 not to mention the prices of CPU's and GPU's

I found that GTA V uses aprox 5-6.5 gb of ram and a micro-atx mobo cost 70 on newegg that can use 8gb max.It is compatible with my core-2-duo and when i have more money i can use an adapter and upgrade it to a Xeon 4-core.
I still need an good GPU.

He should be able to find some really cheap second handed DDR2 @667 to 800MHz.
