Hi i have computer current specs
Gtx 750 ti 2gb
PSU antec 620 w
cpu i5 3570k
motherboard : ASrock fata1tly z77 professinal
ram : 16gb
HDD + SSD : HDD 1TB +SSD 120GB

Can i upgrade to a gtx 970 (4gb) or gtx 960 (4gb) with out upgradeing any of my other parts?

Antec is good, regardless of the particular model.
Yes, some are better than others, but none are truly bad that I know of.
You have more than enough wattage.
It has been working ok for you for a while.
