I was wondering if it will be a good buy because I see this new EVGA PSU madness everywhere and I am on a budget so I can't purchase it it's out of my range

Yes, that is a good psu. However, if you want a 750w power supply, i would recommend a Corsair CX 750W 80+ Bronze. Both would work well in almost every situation.
