hey guys i am stuttering in bf4 still i have tired so many things even rma the video card and buying a better power supply should i rma my cpu or motherbroad next ?
i have tired

try an AMD card, like R9 390 and see if that works better than your 970 without stuttering

anyway, you have a good post. what fps are you getting? is it the same when playing single?

its in multi and single player when the stutters happen it seems my fps drop by 20 but never never below 60 fps

Your running the game at 1440p and getting what looks to be 90 fps average. I skipped around in the video. where is the stuttering? where does it drop to 68 fps? The only way you'll get rid of the stuttering is to get a g-sync capable monitor IMO.

and above 60fps should not be stuttering, sure it is not as smooth as 90 but it should be smooth.
let's try this, try to lower the settings. this should help you stay around 100. see how it goes

update runing in even the lowest settings tho it makes it not come up as offen it is still there and it is mostly on metro map but is it on other maps also but that map is the worst
