I3 2100 3.1GHz With GTX 980 4GB AMP! , can Handle GTA V in 60 FPS ?

Hai , My system
Processor : core i3 2100
VGA : Zotac GTX 980 4GB AMP!
RAM : VGEN PC10600/PC12800 4GB x 2
MOBO : GA H61M DS 2 Rev 2.2 BIOS F10
PSU : corsair CX 500

i wonder to play GTA V in 60FPS / 30FPS in 1380x768, just smooth
i used Optimal Setting from Geforce
in game
walk in the city (afternoon) 40-50 ,
walk in the city (night) 50-59

before i upgrade to gtx 980 , i;ve used gtx 650 2gb AMp! , it's on low med set , and smooth as 30FPS ,
I tried gtx 980 DSR , 2,5K , its on optimal setting , 25FPS

what suppose i do ?
- there are bottle neck ?
- try to lower the setting on ?
- Buy i5 3470 or i7 ?
- anything else ?

The GTX 980 with a powerful processor can run GTA 5 pretty much maxed out at 1080p, the reason you can't is because it is a very CPU intensive game, your i3 is bottlenecking the 980 which is causing your low fps.

Your HDD should be fine for GTA and most games, an SSD would only really help with loading times. If you don't want to get a new motherboard, an i5 3570 would be a bit better if that is within your budget?

okey , i think i'll go with i5 3550 , CX 500w enough for it ?

, to play a game like GTA V or Metro LL , in H61 chipset it's okay or i should buy another mobo ?? (*i'm not overclocker

DSR needs a powerful GPU, it'll put more stress on that over the CPU, in some games you'll be able to use it but not very demanding ones.
