I'm Building a gaming PC and I don't know if i should get 2 sticks or 4 sticks I have an Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor StarTech FAN1156PWM 65.6 CFM CPU Cooler My budget is about 700$ I'm in USA

It depends on the motherboard. If the motherboard only support dual channel the difference would be negligible, but if its a quad channel board then 4 sticks would be the fastest. Yep, the more sticks the better. 4 x 4 is better than 2x8. I don't really know why but I'm not that sure its true.) 2 or 4? whats better for my gaming PC?
