What is the absolute best graphics card I can get for my FX-6300 with minimal bottlenecks? Can't overclock it, because my motherboard is rather cheap.

Full specs:

CPU: FX-6300
MOBO: ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS
RAM: 4GB HyperX BLU 1600MHZ
HDD: 320G WD BLU
PSU: CX500
GPU: HD 6570

Solution
408W on 12V is more than enough to run a GTX 970 + FX 6300. My 8350 + 970 pull ~ 350W at full tilt (from the outlet).

A better PSU would be better and less stressed, however.
The problem isn't the capacity. The problem is the quality. Channel Well uses every corner cutting process available during manufacture of these units, including very low grade seconday capacitors that fail to filter with the slightest amount of heat (normal temperatures like 35C). Then when a mid range or high end graphics card is tied to the 12v rail, it often causes driver crashing, artifacting, and frrezing. I see it all the time around here with these units. If you can keep the unit cold, it is less likely to be a problem.
