Computer turns off after a split second(mobo or psu issue?)

Was traveling a bit with my computer, come back home and hook it up and it boots just fine. After two or three minutes it just shuts off. I unplug and replug the power cable, turn it back on and it shuts off after 10 seconds.

Now it only turns on for a split second before turning off. To attempt to turn it on again I have to remove the power plug from the PSU, press the power button, then plug the cable back in(otherwise pressing the power button does nothing after the first attempt).

I went ahead and unplugged everything but the 24pin/cpu plug and the issue still occurs.

I currently don't have a spare PSU to test to see if it is the mobo or not. Was curious if anyone here can deduce what the problem is from what I said above.

PSU: Corsair CMPSU-750TX-C
Mobo: Gigabyte p67a-ud4-b3

So I wake up to test stuff again. Turned it on with only the 24pin and 8pin plugged in and it stayed on for about 2 minutes while in bios then just turned off. Then it went back to only turning on for a split second.

Update: So I was able to take my PSU to a buddies house and test it on one of his old rigs and it appears that the PSU is the issue. It did the same thing to the other computer, would only turn on for a fraction of a second then would require you to physically remove the plug, press power, and plug the power back in to even attempt to power on.

You may want to check if all components are properly connected.Check the heatsink on the CPU, if it's loose, connect it.
Look at the capacitors on the MOBO, if they aren't perfectly flat, then it's bad.
Good Capacitor:

|-----------------|
|==========|
|==========| If it's completly flat, it's good.

Bad capacitor:

Failed capacitor:
