Hey, sorry this is probably a dumb question.

In Speccy, my ram says its "4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 535MHz (7-7-7-20)"

Since its DDR3, does that mean that its running at the correct speed of 1600mhz? (535 x 3)

Or is something wrong with my ram timings or speed?

MB: PEGATRON CORPORATION 2A99
RAM Serial: J1108BDSE

Solution
No it's DDR (DOUBLE data rate) so it's running (roughly) 1066 - on that mobo it may well be the Max, the mobo is rated to 1333, but the CPU will be the determining factor as the MC is in the CPU - what CPU

Thank you very much for your quick response, I figured it was something like that but I figured I'd ask just to be safe.

I'll poke around a bit on the overclocking forums but I'd definitely want to upgrade my stock CPU cooler before I get into any of that. Honestly I'll probably just pick up a new CPU and mobo, and then grab some new ram in a few weeks.
