What gpus can i sli with the EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2 Power Supply? and also which will be the highest resolution i can achieve with the two gpus

Depends on the rest specs of your system.

With Intel CPU- GTX 660 ti/670/760/760 ti/960/970/980. Best bang for buck would be SLI GTX 970's.

You should be fine. That motherboard supports : 2 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 or dual x8) . Just make sure it will fit physically in the case/motherboard.
