Thoughts on this build? Fairly new to building computers so if anything doesnt seem to fit with the other components or if you have any tweaks, let me know. Mainly, does the cpu, motherboard, and graphics card all make sense together? Thanks

HDD: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 7200 RPM HDD
KEYBOARD: AZZA Multimedia USB Gaming Keyboard
MEMORY: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/2133MHz Dual Channel Memory
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock H97M Anniversary m-ATX w/ GbLAN, 1 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1, 6x SATA 6Gb/s

POWERSUPPLY: 750 Watts - EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G1 80 PLUS Gold Power Supply
VIDEO: AMD Radeon R9 380 4GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card

Total: $838

Also would it be worth an extra $112 to upgrade to:
EVGA Superclocked ACX 2.0 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x1

And is that power supply ok? I've heard that you need to be careful with which power supply you get.

Thanks

So I wouldn't need a fan with that build?
