How to access configuration page of Linksys SD216 switch?

- could you please suggest me some of the good switches having minimum 16-ports on which I can configure VLAN.
May be I need to connect two of more switches and configure VLAN on those. Please suggest me some switches on which I can organize my network as stated above.

The SD216 is a 10/100 switch only. If you want a managed switch that is 10/100 only then I would recommend a used HP or DELL from E-Bay. You can get a 24 port managed switch with gigabit uplink for $50.
If you want a new switch, use the selector options on NEWEGG to get a list of candidates. They have a filter for "managed"
