It doesn't matter what game it is. League of legends is a good example. Everytime the first minion shows up I get a >1 sec fps freeze, everytime someone gets first blood I get >1 sec freeze, the first time a tower is destroyed I get >1 sec freeze. Game like terraria freezes a lot as well, every time I enter a new biome for the first time I get >1 sec freeze etc. Don't know what is causing it.
