my budget would be 300 dollars. or 17000 philippine pesos though first i will get my budget in selling my old parts like my gtx 750 and the cpu. though i already have 150 dollars though.

Were it my money, I would upgrade the CPU & motherboard now and the GPU later.

I would try to stretch for a i5-4690K (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-4.html). I like that it's powerful and overclockable. It's USD$240, which means that you'd have to find a very inexpensive motherboard. Perhaps a open box motherboard, if necessary to hit your budget target. Socket 1150 motherboard. What size is your case? ATX, micro ATX, ITX? Personally I'd want at least two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots and 4 DDR3 memory slots.

Addendum: Listed below is an decent option. An ASRock Z97 board with two PCIe 3.0 x 16 board, but if you use both slots they are only x 8 and x8. It has four DIMM slots and is an open box board, meaning that someone probably returned it. You should wait for other opinions on your thread, as I'm not up on the very motherboard options. I'm also curious what other people's opinions are on CPU vs GPU with your $300 budget.

ASRock Z97 Extreme3 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

* But with all that said, you should upgrade whatever would make you feel best about your purchase. I am most happy with purchase my Intel 750 PCIe SSD, even though it's not nearly the most important thing for a gaming build.
