No, I'm not going to be doing overclocking. At least not right away maybe later on down the road.

Well Wisecracker why don't you elaborate and give me suggestions and advice instead of your Wisecracker answer?

Ask, and yee shall receive ...

Acer Black 27" WQHD Widescreen LCD Monitor: $333

$743 before $20 rebate

New PSU?
Antec 650W 80+ Gold Modular: $100 before $20 rebate

Other Video Card Options?
MSI GeForce GTX 980 4GB: $490

Cooling Options ?
Corsair H100i AIO Water Cooler: $115 before $10 rebate
CM Seidon 240M AIO Water Cooling: $90 before $25 rebate
CM Hyper 212 EVO: $35 before $5 rebate

The Samsung 850 EVO 3D 250GB SSD goes on sale for $100 every few weeks. The FX-8320 is on sale for $135, but I suspect your FX-4300 (with or without an OC) will run that Radeon R9 390 at 1440p just dandy.

And, you will not have to purchase a new version of Windows for a new CPU and motherboard :)

Admirable
I would warn you off of anything complicated from Cooler Master. It's hard to screw up an air cooler or a case but things more complicated than that, aww hell no. If they break, you have to deal with their customer service which is...nonexistent. I sent my Seidon 120V in on April 1. I got a used 120M back in mid June that didn't have any of the brackets to install the damn thing. FINALLY, after another six weeks, that stuff was finally sent to me. I plan to pawn it off to a friend as soon as he needs it.

I'm trying to switch over to intel, I'm pretty much done with AMD processors. I just don't want to spend that much on a monitor and graphics card alone. I mean I really like them but I still want to buy the intel as well, maybe upgrade the monitors I chose and the graphics card just a little and not so drastic so I could still afford the intel. Would be appreciated.
