should i upgrade to windows 10

as far as iv heard i am running the devil rig for windows 10 since i have sli 970s and 4 monitors 2 off gpu 2 of mobo so i have a few questions .
first is windows 10 really that bad with nvidia cards.
and if i do upgrade will all my programs work and have the same information.i have all my games on a hdd but os on ssd.
and will windows 10 increase performance for me?

I would hold off for a few days at least before upgrading. I haven't read about gaming performances, but I would imagine it's pretty similar to 8.1. The NVidia issues seem to be hit and miss from what I can tell and it isn't a blanket that would impact every NVidia user. All in all, I would hold off for a little as any "gains" you might get aren't going to be so impressive that you NEED it right away.

I have not downloaded it yet and am not an expert, but even the beta version I saw on some videos, most games got a few fps increase at least. when games are made with DX12 i am sure we will see a definite increase in performance. From what this guy described he had like 3 monitors and they all seemed to transfer over drivers intact and all of his programs and files without incident. I think he had nvidia but I am not sure. I think he said there was one minor glitch but nothing big and something that could be fixed with an update. Which is pretty good for windows lol.

That's probably the best bet. I am like you I want to be the first one checking it out but usually the first people end up paying and having problems. I'd wait as long as it takes whether it is days or months until we here they have it to a manageable level and everyone has made their complaints so when you get it the complaints are fixed. I really want to download it though lol. With my luck id get a big blue screen of death right away lol.
