upgrading graphics card to play league of legends at max settings

I have the AMD Radeon HD 5450 and want to run LoL at 1920x1080 with max settings. What graphics card can i get for under 150$?
I'm very new to dealing with computers sorry.

I have a dell monitor 1920x1080, intel core i3-2100 cpu @ 3.10GHz, corsair CX 430 power supply, msi H61M-E33 motherboard? I'm not entirely sure about the motherboard and also how do i know what case i have?

The case is not that important as the GPU I provided is relatively small in comparison to others unless you have a really small case you should be fine. The GPU is compatible with your PSU and motherboard and to connnect to the monitor you can use Dual DVI, Single VGA or HDMI so make sure your monitor has one of those connections. Other than that you are good to go.

That card is not as good as the one I provided. If you go to this article and scroll to the differences section you will see it is worse in all aspects while only being slightly cheaper. I would recommend going for the one I provided.
However that card is also compatible with your system so you can get either.
