My cpu is i3 4130
N it shows me my cpu temp is 55c n core temp is 115f.....is it good r bad what shoulf be ..

It depends if you are under load. If that is your ambient temp then it might be okay if your house is super hot.
Under 100% cpu load you wan to stay under 70c ideally. Anything over 80c can be harmful.

Those temps are completely fine. If you reach 160f or more then you are reaching the danger zone.
There is software such as Prime95 that will run your cpu at 100% load so if you ever test that and you are still under 160f or 70c then your cpu is cool and there is nothing to worry about.
