Windows 7 Pro startup slow

My windows 7 pro is starting up slowlier than before(welcome screen takes a long time to disappear and desktop icons take some time to appear).It is not a big issue but still a noticeable difference to what it was before.Any suggestions?

Yeah, mine too with Windows 7 Pro. It happened suddenly about five month ago. It was booting in about 35 secs. Now it takes 108 secs. Windows seems to be getting hung up on something!
