So previous threads i made about mATX motherboards brought the choices down to the ASrock fatal1ty z97m killer and the Gigabyte GA-z97mx-gaming 5
now the gigabyte is 25$ cheaper than the asrock, im planning to overclock but i dont mind it that much, which board has better reliability and features? is the asrock worth 25$ more than asrock?
yes/no also with reasons why i should take either instead of other

EDIT: noob mistake made, the are the same price (i looked at an open box) question stays the same, which to get, and why?
