soooo, basically this is more of a troll post, i hava a deep cool lucifer passively cooling a i5 4690k (the fan was fugly and i went for a silent build)

now im upgrading the rig a bit, and i thought while im buying parts im going to do something silly, im going to hook a Delta fan to that cooler... it not a permanent thing just some experimenting.

the reason why im here, is do you guys think a lets say 6000rpm Delta would make a difference in temperatures, meaning how many degrees diff do you guys think?

this is a dumb post, thanks for reading

A 6000RPM delta fan will cool much better than passive/silent. However your PC will no longer be silent, quite the opposite, delta's are notorious for being insanely loud.

Long story short, your idle CPU temperatures should be near the ambient case temperature with the delta, its hard to say what your load temperatures will be without simply trying it out (much better than passive/silent at any rate).
