Computer turned off then back on a few times before finally booting. Booted to a memory overclock fail.

Hello, when I went to boot today my comp did that cycle then when it booted my memory overlock failed. I have the Maximus VI Hero and Cosair Vengeance 1600, the motherboard requires me to overclock it to get to 1600. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe try a CMOS reset. After that, try enabling XMP again(if your modules support this) or manually input your settings again. What OC settings are required to run at the rated 1600 speed for your board & CPU?

XMP profile 1 , should auto set his timings on a HERO VI board.
