What would you change in this build?

Solution
Much better mobo and power supply. Also GTX 960 cannot use all 4GB. The only reason the card has 4GB is for marketing.
Any Corsair C series is pure crap for any gaming or overclocking of any kind. Gigabyte mobo below offers same features as the ASUS for cheaper and it is slightly more reliable.

If you do not want to overclock you can go with this build and it will be 20%+ faster regardless of overclock on the i5 in rendering and 10%+ better regardless in gaming + streaming. It is also faster period than a stock i5 in every category. In this case you can get a GTX 970.

I would only change the PSU. Yeah it's possible the 960 won't use all of the RAM, but the PSU is really the only thing I would change because of quality. Nothing else needs to be changed. The rest of the changes are opinions.
