Hey guys,

So I had a capacitor blow in my old PSU and it knocked out my old mobo (an ASUS M5A97). So I got a new power supply (EVGA 850w G2) and yesterday I outfitted it with a new Asus M5A97 R2. When I plugged it in to my PSU, nothing would happen, no green LED, no nothing. I even fully assembled it and when I hit the power button on my chassis still nothing. The fans aren't moving, and the LED light wont even come on.

So I bought a second Asus M5A97 R2 today and I get the exact same problem. No LED light coming on the mobo, no fans, nothing. I'm having trouble believing I got two dead boards in a row and the power supply runs for the paper clip test. I just have no idea what's going on. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

My specs:
ASUS m5a97 Mobo
ASUS GTX 770 card
AMD FX 8350 CPU
EVGA 850w G2 (80 gold)
Ripjaw Ram 8gb (4x2)
Samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd
