Hard Drives shows up in bios and windows disk management but not in file explore

I upgraded to Windows 10 and i wanted some more drive space so i added another 1tb hard drive It shows up bios windows disk management but not in file explorer I think i need to assign it a drive letter however i cant figure out how to do it

I didn't have that option but i figured it out now. I got the drive of a friend and it was used as some weird format Linux drive so windows was confused I had to delete the current partition and then add a drive letter
