Hi!
I've read like 400 forum posts with the same problem without finding the solutions.

My computer can run a game (CSGO) for about 1-2 hours then it restarts. No bluescreen. After that it can restart just by opening a new website on chrome.

Specs:
ASUS motherboard z87-A
GTX 970 strix
Intel i5 3.4 Ghz
16 gb ram Corsair
Fractal design 800w PSU
intel 128gb SSD

This is what ive tried:
Removed 1 ram at the time
Removed the GPU (used the built in one on the motherboard when I tried this)
Checked temps on HWmonitor all looks normal. 30-40 degrees on both GPU and CPU
Reinstalled windows 7 and formated the entire drive before that.
Check the volts on HWmonitor and it looks fine.
Ive done a Memtest over night with 0 errors.
Installed old and new drivers for everything.

Ive checked event viewer and it tells me nothing. Only that computer restarted faulty.

When I run a Furmark test it can sometimes run for hours until I press "space" and make the ring disapear then comeback then it restarts.

Hope someone has some clue of what is going on here.

Thank you very much :)

Solution
had the same issue - turned out to be the power supply.
i had an old 850W thermaltake PSU - ran my GTX 570 with no problems whatsoever, then I upgraded to 980 strix and computer started rebooting when video was under load.
replaced PSU with a brand new 750 watt EVGA and its been rock solid since then.
