I'm going to purchase a new graphics card. Either the EVGA GTX 660, FTW ACX Cooler, 2GB GDDR5, Or the ZOTAC GTX 750 Ti. Which one is better for playing Minecraft? Which one will get better frames? And which one is overall the better card. I've also heard shadowplay is a great recording program so I will most likely be using that.

My computer specs are : Intel E8400 3.0Ghz
4 GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT
280 GB Hard drive
These run Minecraft great with 30-60 fps when recording with Mirillis Action. Will the card effect the fps? If so, by how much? Also keep in mind that I will be using Shadowplay.

I also have a Corsair CX600M 600 Watt Power Supply. These both are compatible with the Power Supply, right?

Thanks.

shadwoplay doesn't work well with minecraft at all and for minecraft the fatser the CPU the smoother minecraft runs for recording a G3258 @ 4.5Ghz and a 750ti will easily be enough with 40-50 mods installed aswell (I used to have a system like this) but if your set on just a GPU id go with the 750Ti as its newer easier to find and runs cooler and is just way more efficient than a 660 in the same workload

Pros and cons:
The GTX660 is faster (stock vs stock) by roughly 20% however the good GTX750Ti's will overclock proportionately higher thus close the gap slightly. They can also be much quieter and even turn off the fans completely (not sure if all models support this).

There's a few features the 750Ti has such as MFAA (anti-aliasing) which for supported games along with slightly higher overclock can give similar performance.

A few other differences exist as well.

Anyway, if we compare slight overclocking it's probably 10 to 15% difference (on average).

I still have a GTX680, and thus far none of the advantages of the GTX700 series interest me, though DX12 support may matter (not for Minecraft though).
