I'm making a new PC build and want to run games at 1080p 60fps. My max budget is £650. Is there any way I can improve my build?

Processor: Intel i5-4690k
Aftermarket Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
Video Card: Sapphire R9 390 8GB Nitro
Case: NZXT S340
Power Supply: ?

Is this build good? Note that I am just upgrading my current PC so just ignore the face that there isn't any RAM or storage or anything. Can I switch out my current components that are just as good but cheaper? Or way better performance and a tiny bit more expensive? + Help me decide on a good quality PSU.

Thanks

Sorry, I forgot to say, the motherboard has to be a black/red colour so that it matches the rest of my build. Do you have any other suggestions for the motherboard?
