Hi, I've recently bought and built my first system and it won't boot, at least not with the GPU installed. Whenever I turn it with the GPU installed the Boot_Device_LED stays lit up red but once I take the GPU out the system boots straight to BIOS. I have not installed Windows yet.
Any answers are much appreciated.
Thanks.

i would use the onboard video and install os then when the system will be at full operation then i would try the gpu since it have many pci-e i would check all of them and if gpu does not work you may try it in another system and have to rma for doa .

Hi,
I installed OS and then tried the video card and it still didn't work. I then tried updating the BIOS and it said I needed Intel Management Interface Engine Driver which says I have the incorrect software for download. Don't know what to do now. Could I have installed the GPU wrong?
Thanks.

Hi,
I found the solution. It turns out the VGA cable didn't like being plugged into the motherboard while the GPU was installed. I used an adapter included with the GPU (out of curiosity) and it worked. Note I did try plugging HDMI into the GPU and that didn't work for some reason??? Anyway sorry for the trouble and thanks for the help. Is there anything I do when no one had the solution?
