Slow SSD Boot Time

I have my boot at around 18 to log in and 30 to desktop. My startup is clean as this is a freshinstall of windows 10

Have you set the SATA mode for the SSD on AHCI? Check this tutorial and make sure you've optimized your SSD properly: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-1908111/optimising-ssds-windows.html

Have you checked which SATA port your SSD is connected to? Make sure it is connected to SATA_0 port on the chipset bank of ports.

I'd strongly recommend you to check the SSD manufacturer's website for any firmware updates for your model. I'd also suggest you to refer to your manual for instructions on how to update it. I guess, it also wouldn't hurt to contact their technical support for assistance with your issue. If the SSD is faulty but still under warranty, you could be able to RMA it and get a replacement from them.
