So i have a AMD A8-7650k cpu, g.skill 8gb of RAM and i am planning to get a asus gtx 960 strix 2GB. The only thing i am concerned out is if the Gpu wont perform good with my cpu and ram I was just seeing if any knew how well it would perform with estimate fps calculations. If anyone knows it would be a great help. Thanks.
Does pc specs effect gpu performance that much?

Don't worry about it. You should be fine. You have plenty of RAM, so you're good in that department. The CPU shouldn't bottleneck that GPU. You'll probably be able to run pretty much anything on High-Very High video settings, and have 60+FPS.
