Hello :) I'm seeking help from someone who knows alot about computer builds. I am currently looking for the best possible computer build for 400-500 dollars. The following have caught my attention. Could someone please organize them in the best to worst order for me? :) and if the top 3 (top 3 as in top 3 in best to worse) can play games like Witcher 3 on high setting on 50-60 FPS? Thank you in advance for helping :)

Analysing , just wait a little , checking out i3 builds . Do you really intend to overclock , since none of these builds contain a Cooler which can largely affect your budget. With intel you wont need that , since they ship the same cooler with i3 as with the i7 4790k .

This points out a better performance against the AMD counterparts.
But then there are benchmarks which show vice versa . (I didn't find it , but someone will surely ;P ). if you google " i3 gaming build vs gx 6300 " and open tomshardware links , you will see all of them suggesting i3 builds.
I will tell you a secret which i will delete as soon as you read it: Tomshardware is full of AMD fans , who take pride in the the on paper specs of more cores and high frequency. that is why so many amd suggestions.
The only thing great about AMd is their awesome integrated graphics . If you dont use it , its useless getting them.

Pc case Is your choice , just pick a mid tower if you can , else check if they can accomodate your graphics card dimensions.

you dont need an h97 motherboard, unless Raid , Crossfire and 32gb ram is your priority. Also a 430W PSu is sufficient for Intel build .
For RAM either Venegeance or RIpjaws will be fine, Although ripjaws will be better if it is the CAS 9 version.
