I can't really find a solid answer.
I cleaned my computer out about a week ago removing all of it's components.

No dust is inside the shell and there was not much to begin with.

I'm running a 1000W PSU Silent pro
GTX 580 x2 Graphics Cards.

This problem did not occur until I cleaned the PC.

This problem does not occur watching youtube or playing a simple game such as Runescape, It only happends when i run a game such as CSGO.

The fans get very loud and then my screen turns off and I can't do anything without a hard restart.

Everything was put back together as far as I know, I'm thinking I could of missed a plug or messed up a plug on my PSU because everything I read relates to the PSU not giving enough power to the cards.

Tried changing the source (switched cards) and when I do the same thing happends and it's very unlikely for them both to go bad at the same time.. Also considering they still work fine for little games and general PC use.
