can you use smartwater for water cooling

Solution
I wasn't sure if he meant the drinking water or if there was another meaning of what it was.

I wouldn't recommend drinking water at all - it almost always has minerals added back for 'taste'.

Depending on where he lives in the world, sometimes distilled water isn't as readily available at the local market. But yes, distilled water would be simplest and cheapest, depending on actual availability. Avoid drinking water as it is typically mineral water or 'stuff' added back to make it taste good.

I would assume he is talking about the american drinking water brand by Glaceau. From my experiance with radiators in general distilled water is always the best as it does not contain contaminates. If no one has tried it I wouldn't roll the dice.

Even if you dont have access to Distilled water.. Companies sell re branded distilled water for a hefty price at online pc stores.. but its always best to use the true and tried.. would LOSE a lot more money trying to save money..
