CPU/APU: Intel Core i5-3570k CPU @ 3.40 GHz

Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4

RAM: 8 GB's of RAM

Power Supply:Forgot

Graphics Card: Saphire AMD Radeon HD 7870

Hard Disk Drive: Standard mechanical drive, 500 GB

Solid State Disk Drive: n/a

Operating System: Windows 10 64bit

Details: With release day and all, I gave my comp a run to try and update it. It successfully updated and everything was semi ok, but the "System Thread Exception Not Handled" error, which with searches, seemed to be related to me needing new Graphics Cards drivers.

So I go off to AMD's site, see the driver and thinking that it should be smooth sailing, but this isn't the case. I get "Failed to load detection driver" when catalyst install manager goes in to try to install.

So now many solutions are to delete the drivers and AMD folders. I used Display Driver Uninstaller to help with that and restarted. Tried to give it another go and nothing. I've tried it from many different angles through trial and error, and nothing. AMD's site says its newest Win 10 driver supports my card, so I just dont understand. Right now it's late and I feel defeated. I'm stuck perpetually in Safe Mode until I can figure this out. Does someone have any suggestions?

Quick recap:

-I installed Win 10 64 bit from Win 7
-Loads up, get BSOD with "System Thread Exception Not Handled"
-Get into network safe mode, delete the Win 7 AMD driver
-Get newest driver for my card for win 10 released 2 days ago
-When I go to install, get "Failed to load detection driver"
-Use DDU to completely clean registry and anything to do with my past driver, including folders
-Try to install new driver again
-Same error

Any help with this and you'll be a god amongst men to me. Thanks in advance!
