OK, so I have been having this problem since I got my new pc about a month ago. The DVD drive has something wrong with it. Whenever I got to put in a DVD, I can hear it start up and spin, everything seems fine, but when I look back at my monitor, nothing pops up. I've waited about ten minutes for anything to pop up. Nothing. So I go back into my computer to see if I can access the DVD I put in from there. Well when I go into my devises, there isn't even a DVD drive. Just my hard-drive. I have tried to go to regedit and all that to uninstall my upper and lower filters. Not my problem because there not there. I can't find any other solutions on the internet. This is my last resort. Please help.
