Is it okay to run windows 8.1 on my amd e-450 apu with radeon hd graphics 1.65 GHz hp 635 laptop? Can i upgrade my processor? How?

Normally on a laptop, the cpu is not upgradable. The best thing you can do is upgrade the ram and hdd.
