sir isint fx 6300 kind of agood cpu so what should i upgrade to play games on like 30 fps on high settings but in budget

For high settings, you will need to upgrade your CPU (the 6300 is not good for gaming), RAM, and GPU, and probably your motherboard and power supply. Basically, a whole new build in order to achieve high setting performance on games.

For high performance gaming the 6300 is not well suited. I'm sorry but those games you listed don't require much CPU performance at all.

^ I can now safely say you have no idea what you're talking about.
He said he'd be happy at high settings 30fps - he needs a new GPU & ram upgrade - nothing more.
The only game a stock 6300 would struggle to maintain a constant fps of over 40 would be arma 3.

Bottom line, the 6300 is a budget CPU that I wouldn't install in any PC I have. I am glad you have it and it works for you but in a comparison it fails behind other CPUs.

Admirable
No one is arguing whether or the the FX-6300 is good or not. For the price, it's probably your best option if you intend to OC it.

However, the worst thing in his rig is his graphics card. Well, it's probably his PSU but the worst thing LISTED, is his graphics card. For $200 he could get a 750Ti, a new PSU, another 4GB of RAM and and Hyper 212 Evo so he can OC the nuts off that AMD. For $250, he MIGHT be able to get a 280.
