So I have a n400 case its pretty nice, not counting the fact it doesnt have much space for cable management, but to the real question. My stock front fan was making some strange noise which i didnt like, it was defected, but i thought that for some cheap fan its not worth to take out all the system and send out the case back to replace the fan, so i just took it out. and now like after like half of year of taking it out case has quite alot of dust so could you help with what should i do? i could pick the case fan from the back and slap it in the front but would that be a good idea? also i could just buy some cheap deepcool fans but 1 it may be making alot of noise because they are very cheap ( the case fan on the back is quite queit i got to say) 2 would it be worth it as right now im saving for a new phone xD help meh guys

Why do you think adding an intake fan in the front would add LESS dust? Were you planning on turning it around and using it as an exhaust? Either way it won't matter unless every intake opening in your case is filtered. For every cubic foot of air you blow out of the case, a cubic foot of air comes in to replace it.

If temps are good with just the rear fan, leave it as is. But the dust in the case is not from the missing front fan. It's from not cleaning the case often enough for the environment it is in.
But there's no reason not to pick up another fan for the front if you want better air flow. I have built with that case twice. Both times the fan noise was very acceptable, even better if it could be controlled by the motherboard. So you may have just received a defective fan.

Yeah, that's what i wrote about the fan, because it was defective, and I right now have a negative pressure, so I woiuld think ading fan would make positive pressure and thus it would add less dust
