So, I have an hp p7-1254 (with integrated graphics card) and I need a new graphics card for it. It needs to have 3 monitor ports, and in the $120 and under price range. It doesn't need to be great or anything, just a bit better than what's in it currently, and support 3 monitors.

Well, that CPU isn't too good. It has 2.2 GHz clock speed. It may bottleneck any GPU. Other than that, you'd be fine. A GTX 750 would be good for that system. The bottleneck won't be too severe, but still, the GPU won't be able to be utilized to its full potential. If that doesn't bother you, then go for it.

The 750 meets all of your requirements, and costs about your price range. I hope this works out for you

Oh yeah, make sure to replace the PSU in there too. The GTX 750 requires a 400W PSU, and you have a 300W one. Besides, HP probably used a cheap ass one that can fail, and take down components to save money.
