PC not booting up, but green light still appears on motherboard

I have just upgraded my pc's cpu cooler and when I went to turn it on it didn't boot up, the green light appeared and the fan started to spin and then stopped. There is no post beep codes when I power on the computer. Does anyone know what could be wrong with my computer, its just unusual. Thank you

I have same problem, it happened to me yesterday. I burned down my motherboard and RAM memory. BUT! depends what kind of Beeps it is. cuz P.O.S.T beeps is like "morse" code of PC, it tells u whats wrong. what kind of beeps do u get? long and endless? 1 long followed by 3 short beeps?
