This is way over budget but this is what you want if you plan on doing heavy rendering.

You are way overestimating how much power you will need, I dont care what you have plugged into this computer it wont use even close to 750watts never mind 1000, and the wattage of your power supply has absolutely no effect on how fast your phone charges lol.

Yeah you're not gonna make ur budget with the parts you want specifically. Even with a 4790k also video rendering more cores faster the work load.

You already chose the best parts on the market. Just get a ~800 watt psu instead of 1000, as well as only 8-16gb of RAM, 32 is far too much. After that, get an SSD with the cash you saved.

Any audio equipment he has that draws any serious amount of power will be plugged into the wall, USB can only supply a small amount of power.

Trust me it is 750watts is way more than enough. You would probably be okay with a quality 550watt psu I just suggested a 750watt unit so you have room to upgrade if you choose too.

Here's the best build i could come up with 6 cores for rendering big enough psu for your gpu and some extra juice. A decent case. You don't need liquid cooling and if you are liquid cooling, you don't wanna go closed loop, you wanna go open. Cheaper memory.
