Hello Everyone.

I would like your opinion on a gpu upgrade.

My specs are :
Case : Phanteks Enthoo Pro (window)
Psu: Corsair cs650M
Motherboard : Asus z97 Pro-Gamer
Cpu : Intel 4690k
Cpu Cooler : Coolermaster Hyper Evo 212
Ram : 2x 4 gb HyperX 1333mhz
Gpu : Palit Nvidia GTX 650 TI

My price range is about 200-300 euro. I was thinking about an gtx 970 but thats too expensive for me now.

If someone can also include a suggestion for a good monitor cause I have an LG 1680x1050 22",
For around 150 euro I think will be good enough.

Thanks in advance :)

The best cards for under 300 euro is the gtx 970 4gb ftw acx 2.0 (289 euro) http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-04gp42978kr or it's competitor the r9 390 8gb (269.99 euro) http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r9390gaming8g

if you are looking for something for 200 euro then the best choices are the:
gtx 960 4gb ftw acx 2.0 (209 euro) http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-04gp43968kr and its rival the r9 380 4gb (177 euro) http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-04gp43968kr

I found a 24 inch, 60Hz @ 1080p widescreen from Asus for 157 euros:

Hey thanks for the answer. I think i will save my money to buy a 970 as it will last longer and play more demanding games in the future. I was thinking about getting the Asus as it has a backplate and heard its a big plus for it. What do you think? Is it worth it or shouldnI try out a different brand?
