Laptop sometimes slow sometimes fast?

Hello boys, Alright let's start. I have a weird problem, I don't know if it's weird but it looks so for me. My laptop sometimes runs slow when i unplug it from power. First of all, i removed the battery that means it's always plugged. Always when i unplug it, it becames slow. So i have to restart the pc hundred of times and plug power and unplug it again hundred of times till it works. That's really weird, i just want to know an easy way to make it fast because it takes me around 1 hour till it becames fast. Also when it becames slow, games run slow and google aswell and all things even in desktop.

It is most likely that your laptop changes the battery profile to battery saver which reduces the laptop speed. Also some laptops will throttle when it is unplugged to save power even if it is in max performance mode. If this is the case then there is nothing you can do.
