With these specs can I run some of the latest games (GTA 5, Battlefield, etc.) at high or max settings with at least 60 fps?

Yes it should be able to handle games at high settings but I don't think it can handle it at max. This is for battlefield and not gta 5 as I think you need a more powerful cpu for it. This assumes you mean 1080p and not 4k.

Okay thank you. I'm not trying to get the highest settings in anything nor am I trying to run 4k. 1080p at 60fps with at least decent graphics is what I'm shooting for. As well as for this computer to last a while. Thanks again for your answer.
