i3-4160+GTX 960 will perform significantly better than the PS4.

I chose this motherboard because I want a board that will be able to support upgrading because in the future I plan on going with an i7 with sli gpus

Ok that changes things. A smart thing to do then is to not go with the Intel i3-4160, but with the Pentium G3258.

You have to make sure that both the power supply and motherboard are SLI ready, so include the EVGA B2 750w.

Then you can already have a lot of good components to start off with. You can overclock the G3258 up to 4.4-4.5 Ghz.
