Build me the best Z97 Gaming PC for 2.5K

I have $2500 and I want to know what would be the best set up I could get. I want the $2500 to cover the Monitor as well as the OS (Windows 8.1 or 10) SLI and Crossfire are fine with me but i want it to be a 1440P gaming PC.

This is honestly right now the worst time to be spending this kind of money on a new PC. There's socket LGA 1151 and the new Z170 motherboards that are going to be replacing Z97 due out just about any day now (August 9th according to sources). I would take something like this and replace it with a Z170 motherboard and the 1151 i7-6700K:
